What’s your return and exchange policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it with original tags for a full refund.
For both US and International order, your return must be received within 14 business days from the date you received your shipment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items and items temporarily marked down in price promotion may be refunded, unfortunately items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for sending/paying for return shipping via a tracked service. To return your product, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you return shipping instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
If you have a damaged or defective item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
